Our main shipment processor for international orders is YunExpress.
Sakuras Lights ships to P.O. boxes and U.S. military bases in addition to residential and business addresses.

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 Days for production and processing time for your order to ship to, average shipping times are 10-15 days (2-3 Weeks)

Tracking numbers are email when orders are shipped. Once items are shipped, customers may wait 1-2 days if tracking isn’t updated instantly within the system.

Returns and refunds
At this time we do not accept returns. To qualify for the 14 day money back guarantee , the product must be defective or damaged.
If your order has not been processed and shipped, there’s a time frame in which a customer can cancel their order and place a request in for a refund. Once shipped, we cannot cancel or refund your order. If the product is defective or damaged please send us a message for a full refund. Kindly send us a email at email@example.com
*Refunds handled case by case*
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it is shipped. If the item is already shipped, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
If you have mis-spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check, if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
Sakuras Lights is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility.
